Pimples make you less confident, awkward and so on.

1• At the age of puberty(12-19)years in both male and females and are quite common due to excess amount of releasing of hormones from glands which further releases an excess amount of sweat and oil from the skin.

2• PIMPLES ALSO OCCUR DUE TO UNHYGIENIC CONDITION 


Like using the same towel for both wiping bodies as well as the face. 
This happens because there are a lot of germs and bacteria found in our body parts especially (pubic parts) when they are directly in contact with our face the germs acts on our skin and when these germs are not clean properly (wash) then they form numerous skin problems. (rashes, itching, swallowing of skin, red skin) etc etc. 



                              ALWAYS USE DIFFERENT TOWEL FOR FACE AND BODY. 

METHODS TO AVOID PIMPLES. 

1• Keep your body hydrated

As we know that pimples occur due to excess heat produce inside our body. 
So to keep cool you must take 3-4 litres of water 💧💦daily. 




2• Exercise daily:- 

As we all know that there are thousands of benefits of having exercise daily. 
Removing pimples and skin problems are one of them. 
When you exercise the excess amount of water which come out through perspiration during exercise which further cleans our face by opening pores and all waste and unwanted things come out through the skin in the form of sweat. If you are not exercising now then you can start with exercise daily at least 30 minutes for 15 days only. 
Then you experience the feeling of joy, happiness, achievement etc etc.





3 •TAKE SHOWER 🚿 AFTER EXERCISE:-

whenever you do any kind of physical work our blood circulation pump up and increased which further increase perspiration (Sweating). 

If you don't bath 🛀 or wash your body then the germs along with sweat left on the surface of our skin which leads to many different skin problems.





4• NEVER TOUCH YOUR FACE WITH UNWASHED HANDS. 

Our hands are the most exposed things to the dirty surfaces. The germs, viruses and bacteria travel to our face through our hands which further make our skin acne-prone.
Many times we touch our face with hands so from now keep in mind.





5• NEVER POP A PIMPLE:-

when a pimple is being popped then the different waste products(mucus, blood vessels) come out from the pimple and meet with the epidermal cells of the skin which further make more pimples on the face and the loop.




6•WASH YOUR CLOTHES REGULARLY:-


It includes your pillow cover. It is the most usable and the most time you spent in it. 
At least 7-8 hours of daily sleep 😴💤 on it. 
So keep your pillow clean by washing once a week. 





7• TAKE A GOOD SLEEP 😴💤(7-8) hours. 

It has proved by researchers that sleep kills stress and anxiety. 
And the stressed person is more prone to having acne and pimples in his skin. 
So my friends take sleep of 7-8 hours.



                       --NUTRITION--

As we all know that all human diseases not only the skin pimples problem but also the other disease are cured by having good and proper nutrition.
So we are now going to discuss some of the nutrition which will help you to be in proper shape of you like to be.


1•Reduce oily food as much as possible.

As we know the more you use oil in your diet the more oil comes out of the face which makes your skin more pimple-prone.




2•Eat water-rich foods (salads, vegetables, fruits.)

Salads are more likely to be antioxidants and also good for digestion.




 

3• Include high fibre food (peas, green  grams, etc) 

The more you consume fibre rich foods digestion which further increases cooling effect in the body by removal of waste products from the body in the form of urine and stool.




4• Avoid spicy food as much as possible.

spices are way too harm than you think it increases the heat inside the body.




 5•Use turmeric along with milk. 

Turmeric is a good antioxidant.
Milk contains the sleep-inducing amino acid tryptophan. which further help in sleeping and sleep reduces stress and so on.




 6• Avoid packed, Preservatives, and processed foods. (Ice cream, chocolate🍫, and pizza 🍕). 

As we know such foods contain excess sugar, oil and salt for better preservation of food for a long period of time.




7• Keep your body hydrated:-

Water is life as we all know it is the most basic need for the cell to resist different skin diseases.
So my friends drink at least 3-4 litres of water per day.
